Black girls and women: we are the most disregarded, disrespected, maligned, abused-at-will, and ignored on earth, including in our own homes as children AND as mothers, wives, girlfriends OR roommates. Look no further than Election 2024 to see how our nation feels about a black woman: the mastermind of J6 insurrection, convicted felon, convicted rapist, child rapist, biz fraud, con artist with a fake university, serial theft-by-deception fraud, serial adulterer with a black love child, Jim Crow benefactor, white supremacist with extremely bad grades was chosen over a black woman who literally had to work for every single thing earned honestly, including while becoming a prosecutor AND a member of the prestigious Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority, whose members include Coretta Scott King, Rosa Parks, Loretta Devine, Maya Angelou AND Constance Baker Motley. Sound familiar? The audacity of mediocre or Jim Crow benefactor chosen over excellence, standards, ethics, intelligence, integrity and self-worth!!

My STAN (stalker/fan) believes that law enforcement, public services and more will stop all that they are doing to assist STAN's belittlement of a black woman already marginalized, disregarded, and maligned. That is redundancy, time wasted. Now if the black woman, or woman in general, had power, THEN, and only then, STAN may be on to something, with the audacity of mediocre all in with STAN. 😒 🙄

Even sadder, STAN is harassing mental health services — you could not make this up if you tried! STAN should be taking advantage of free counseling services to find out why they are obsessed with someone who does not know nor care who they are. They are clearly someone not too bright, because with a public website and public contact page with a phone number, STAN avoids all contact with me directly. Hmph. Oh well. 🤣 Another mystery to put wayyyyy in the back of mind, and think about, if I can remember in the future. (That's a big if, get it? No? crickets... ouch, tough room. 🙃)

STAN is going out of their way to trash me, and a name that was considered trash since birth during Jim Crow. Two whole Presidents of the United States (Lincoln and JFK) and a future President (RFK Sr.) have been killed to ensure that no black woman will ever hold the nation's highest office. But somehow, in STAN's mind, a black woman is the "linchpin," the key for STAN's well-being. And STAN is even harassing persons they believe to be the linchpin's family or friends, some of whom are actually law enforcement members, active and retired. Again, STAN is not too bright! 😐

Here is a list of some of STAN's obsessive, compulsive, unhinged and delusional actions since 2023:

1. Used NYC311 app and website to report "Tamra Burgess" as missing. Not 9-1-1 emergency system, but NYC's 311 non-emergency system, because via 9-1-1 would be a crime. Anything can be reported via NYC's 311 system, and taxpayers have to fund the responses for fake calls. STAN is costing taxpayers, and putting the lives of others in danger from lack of resources for valid 311 and 911 calls.
2. Used NYC311 app and website to report dead body in building basement — yes, you read that right, a dead body in basement via non-emergency 311 system.
3. Used NYC311 app and website to report "Tamra Burgess is suicidal" repeatedly.
4. Used 988 suicide hotline to report the following, "Tamra Burgess is going to kill herself, and if the city of NY does not do anything, it will be on the city's hands." Does STAN really think "Tamra Burgess" is that important? Do "Pressler & Pressler-money launderers for drug traffickers" tell? Because per NYC, nothing about "Tamra Burgess" matters. Only #CorruptLivesMatter. Also, not my name, but STAN's brilliant plan anyway. The repeated 988 calls were made while I was in New Orleans at a funeral, yup, swatted at a NOLA funeral, as 988 rep blew up my mobile number, during second-line music and all, because of their fake calls. Truly sad, because resources for something serious were toyed with, and at the expense of taxpayers.

   But, WHO KNEW a black woman was that important, while being the most marginalized, maligned and disregarded person on earth? Again, look no further than corporate and law enforcement America, the POTUS 2024 election (a cop assaulting, insurrectionist commander, serial adulterer, convicted felon was chosen over a black woman prosecutor who worked for all that she earned), or our nation's history to see how nation feels about a black woman's voice and leadership. I've also never heard of a black woman destroying an entire town with a fake story (Tulsa/Greenwood 1921, Rosewood, etc.), or REAL incident, which was ignored by every responsible agency in existence.

5. Used NYC 311 app and website to report no working smoke detectors in the home of a retired firefighter (and former police officer), and in a building electrically wired for both smoke and carbon monoxide detection.
6. Used NYC 311 app and website to report a "dead deer" in front of an apartment building.
7. Used NYC 311 app and website repeatedly to file noise complaints about an elderly couple in a building so quiet, that you can hear a mouse peeing in cotton.
8. Used NYC 311 app and website to constantly abuse NYPD resources to force NYPD to respond to one silly fake call after another, and at expense of taxpayers, while REAL crime was occuring in precinct, real crime that officers were being diverted from. NYPD advised that they were forced to "take the job," or they would be in trouble. In trouble with whom? The corrupt NYC mayor? Or organized criminals? However, several top city officials resigned after FBI got involved with the 24/7 swatting calls. Yup, I am sure that was just a coincidence.
9. Used NYC 311 app and website to report mice, fleas, bedbugs, rats and roaches in same home of retired firefighter and former police officer, forcing NYC's Department of Buildings to repeatedly respond immediately, while actual buildings were crumbling or residents lived/live in squalor with collapsed ceilings, no plumbing, no heat or hot water, or in avoidable public safety nightmares. If only these residents had received the same immediate and compelling responses as our swatter's fake complaints, prior to their building collapse:

10. Used NYC 311 app and website to report killing cats, animal abuse. Just unreal, twisted and sick! And wouldn't someone with mice, roaches, and rats want to keep cats around? 😹 I guess STAN didn't think that one through???
11. Used NYC 311 app and website repeatedly from 2023 to 2025, to report one fake problem after another, 24-hours a day, disrupting the lives of many persons who were more shocked that STAN was allowed to do so repeatedly. Residents then discovered that false reports via 311 is not a crime, simply a violation, if caught. That is the NYC law: anyone, including terrorists, can use NYC's 311 system and report anything, diverting officials away from real crimes to fake crimes. False reporting via 311 results in ZERO police involvement, unless it is law enforcement or city officials responding to fake calls. The city of NY also does not have the resources to investigate 311 swatting, and many precincts do not have cyber security resources. 🤔 Gee, whom do I know, who knows how to break the law, within the law? Hmmmm... 🤣
12. Made reservations at countless restaurants in the United States, using the name "Tamra Burgess," along with my email address or mobile number. STAN does not get out much. Reservations at restaurants that do not require a credit card to hold table, only allow for a 10-15 minute wait, then the next waiting customer is seated. It's called a business, not a non-profit STAN zone.

    

    
    
13. STAN, after being shut down with all of the above and more, created an account at BetterHelp.com recently. The account was closed down immediately after Better Help discovered the account was part of TWO-YEARS of stalking/harassment, and because of something else this person doesn't know, which is why they're getting shut down at every attempt. Person then goes BACK to Better Help's website and uses their contact form, to send the following message (featured image above and image below), which resulted in an automated reply. STAN is also using an email address, wait for it… which is linked to evidence of organized criminals who know how to break the law within the law. And the automated reply is receipt of harassment and because the company cannot say anything while this person is creating a bigger and bigger digital fingerprint of their crimes — basically letting person dig a deeper hole or cage.
    

    

    
    

    

14. Update (literally as I am saving this post): August 14, 2025, STAN registered the same email at "Sondermind" and "Zocdoc." Here is the biggest problem, the email being used is NOT my primary email! LOLLLL So their need for attention stands out right away in between humor, evidence, this day in history (learning each day), and events to attend. But keep it up, STAN, and please keep using the wrong name, so that law enforcement can flag their identity attempts right away. 😂 Isn't this fun, y'all, as we all await their next move? Poor thang. Let's hope STAN gets the help they need, and soon, as STAN is becoming more and more unhinged, psychotic. A sure sign of mental illness: repeating the same steps over and over and expecting different results. Sanity and maturity: learning what you can and cannot control, and moving on with and in control of your life, which is not promised tomorrow, without wasting valuable and non-replaceable time. 💯

STAN's actions were so prolific, persistent, throughout each day, from 2023 to 2024, such that an NYC311 supervisor, with my input and help, filed a police report to report abuse of the 311 system.

Meanwhile, the person behind this swatting is stuck, stuck in an obsessed stage, while wasting time on a black woman that ZERO folks will give a 💩 about. To quote Steeleye's Bob Williamson and Rockefeller's Venrock, the Ponzi scheme funders: no one will care! If STAN even attempted to stalk and harass one of those audacity of mediocre BIFFs, the full force of law enforcement will come down upon them at the first attempt, which confirms STAN's worth and what they have been reduced to. 🙄

Even "funnier" is the person behind the swatting believes that their actions are noteworthy or life altering beyond this post, after all that I've been through AND survived. Clearly, they are not a part of my world, or are just lurking from the outside.

STAN is also helping me to avoid new or already known persons who believe anything this person says and does! LOLLLLL Time saver like a mutha, and gives me lots more time to enjoy life, something they should get outside and do before they're caged from their internal rage.

Wait, there are five "Tamra Burgess"'s in the United States, and I am not one of them. 😎 😉 Oh. Well. Another mystery to not give AF about.
