a lot of “dialog” about unarmed black men being shot or killed by law enforcement. however, our mayor (DeBlasio) and his Sharpton administration say nothing about the 24/7 shootings, stabbings, rapes, and other violent crime in their supported areas. this weekend, there were over 23 shootings in the NYC area alone, ALL in Sharpton’s represented areas, which ironically are the highest non-voting areas. and I’m so tired of Sean Bell’s face being dragged out every time there’s an officer involved shooting. there was a whole OTHER backstory PRIOR to Sean Bell’s shooting, a backstory that involved the failure of EVERY single community leader in that area, who ironically came out screaming against the NYPD “for destroying their communities”. overlooked at same time AND place of Sean Bell shooting: teen prostitution, teen strippers, gun trafficking, drug trafficking and more, and all supported with a don’t snitch policy which required undercover officers in the area in the first place.
and on the flip side, NRA uses the above weekend gun violence to promote fear-based sales BUT omits the fact that the guns are coming from NRA law-law states:

I grew up around guns, HOWEVER, guns were not on the coffee table, all up in our face, part of verbal disputes, etc. guns were not something we focused on 24/7, even with ku klux klan heavily active in our area. there were many rural areas where guns were exclusively used for hunting, IF the person could afford the gun. otherwise, a simple knife was used for hunting.
this past Thanksgiving (2013), me and my family saw FULLY armed white males in Texas, open carrying AK-47s like it was their purse or required ID. when did guns become clothing accessories??!! that’s NOT a civilized society, but a society of savages! these are also the SAME persons who taunt mothers who have lost their children to gun violence, but they’re considered “non-threatening” and will take threatening action if someone calls law enforcement about them!! http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2014/05/guns-bullying-open-carry-women-moms-texas

I never shop at Walmart, but I’ve also seen the pics of FULLY armed AK-47 men walking through Walmart. they’re considered “safe patriots”. but John Crawford III walking through Walmart (of all places where guns are sold like candy) with a toy gun was considered a threat. 😐 multiple 911 calls were placed and no dialog was established with Crawford as seen on video.
meanwhile, James Holmes shoots up an Aurora, Colorado theater and is taken into custody alive after calming dialog is established with him.
not everyone speaks, walks, dresses or acts the same way, but there’s an assumption if you look a certain way, you must be a threat. but what if we treated all white males as suspicious threats that must be shot first and asked questions later, based upon the actions of serial killers, as they look like any other white male on the street, and many even wear business attire like Ted Bundy did?

Joseph Duncan III – NEVER should have been granted bail given he was a Level 3 sex offender being held for rape of a boy, and his whereabouts after bailing out, weren’t being tracked 24/7. Duncan just strolled into a new town (welcomed), then entered a home and killed off two family members, then kidnapped the two kids who were later raped and tortured, and one of them murdered followed by burning the child’s body. why is there an assumption that one race is 100% safe, including with a trail of bodies left behind, while a child like Trayvon Martin was automatically deemed garbage or a low-life thug up to no good? Then, a *SAFE FROM HARM* vehicle (from a distance) was exited by George Zimmerman to hunt Trayvon down and initiate a confrontation with the child after calling him a “they”. THEN George Zimmerman is deemed a hero by the same “gun enthusiasts” above.
Zimmerman would have let a well-suited white, serial killer into his gated community, even gave well-suited, white serial killer EXACT directions to his intended prey, and probably invited well-suited, white serial killer over to his home, while trying to get to know him as a FRIEND, just before white serial killer ended Zimmerman’s life!

your name, your title, your clothing, your race or religion mean nothing to me, they’re your choices which you’re entitled to. but your character and how you treat others, including strangers never met, directly and behind closed-doors means MORE.
and the primary thing that stands out about the town of Ferguson, Missouri: the town was so small there should have been COMMUNITY RELATIONS. Officers and citizens should have known each other by name AND personality. instead, there was always an US against THEM mentality. so fail on BOTH sides, especially as a community.
